Where Conservation Meets Community.
Since 2012, Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land has protected more than 10,000 acres across Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee, creating parks and permanently conserving natural landscapes for wildlife and communities alike.
Our Mission.
The Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land is dedicated to preserving and enhancing natural landscapes. We promote environmental stewardship, public recreation, and support science education and research through collaborative efforts and public-private partnerships. We ensure that our lands are conserved and responsibly utilized for the benefit of surrounding communities.
Our Vision.
To be a leader in creating a sustainable and vibrant southeastern United States, where natural landscapes are cherished, protected, and enjoyed by all.
As our name indicates we are an active resource in land preservation and active usage spreading across the southeastern United States. We are a 501-c-3 non-profit organization that relies on public support in the form of conservation endowment fees, privately and publicly funded grants, and financial contributions from individuals and community groups. We engage in relationships with other non-profit community groups to further the impact of our efforts.
Our Impact.
A lasting legacy for generations to come. Since 2012, Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land has helped protect more than 10,000 acres across the Southeast. From wetlands and forests to agricultural and rural landscapes, our work preserves natural places for wildlife, strengthens communities, and creates opportunities for recreation, education, research, and quiet enjoyment of nature.
Every acre protected today is an investment in the Southeast’s natural heritage—and in the generations who will experience these places tomorrow.
