Stephen Arms began his career in real estate as the Owners Representative for the pre-Olympic renovation of the Woodruff Arts Center. In 2002, he began his full-time commitment to Marthasville Development, A firm dedicated to mixed-use, adaptive reuse, and conservation-oriented projects. Prior to that, he acted as CFO for small development firms throughout the Southeast.
Stephen has degrees from Louisiana State as well as Emory Universities. Stephen is a ‘recovering’ CPA and has been a volunteer for numerous industry, governmental, educational, and non-profit organizations.
Today, Stephen Arms has taken all of his experience in the field to join us at the Southeastern Trust for Parks and Land as the sole treasurer for the Board of Directors, and we couldn’t be happier.
Stephen lives with his wife Monica in North Fulton County – they have three children.
