N Druid Hills Pocket Park

november 2018

This little park in the North Druid Hills area of Atlanta does not have its permanent name yet. The .4 acre natural land corner lot in a residential area will be permanently conserved as a community park. STPAL received it in November 2018.

The generous land donor used goats to clear out an English ivy infestation prior to the donation! Over the next 6-12 months it will get a walking path, unobtrusive signage, native plant plantings, benches, and other elements that will improve the land for nature and the community.
