Location: Fulton County, Georgia
Campbellton Creek Nature Preserve is 81 acres of forest given to STPAL in 2014.
It is in a transitional area between a heavy industrial and warehouse area and new residential. It is a pretty forest with mostly hardwoods. It has some large interesting boulders. Its most value as conservation land may be its ability to catch and retain runoff rain water from the nearby large warehouse and industrial facilities.It is not available for hunting or camping. In 2019 the park building team began the planning, permitting, partnering, and funding processes with an intended late 2019 or early 2020 groundbreaking.
